David Vinson, Founder and Chairman of DHX Group and Founder and CEO of SocialWellth, a digital health curation company, announced the launch of DHX Group, a not-for-profit organization, and its first Digital Health Xperience Showcase in conjunction with AHIP Institute Plus 2014 in Seattle, Washington. DHX’s purpose is to promote a spirit of collaboration that leads to disruptive innovation in the digital health space. The Digital Health Xperience Showcase was co-created by DHX and AHIP, who have entered into a multi-year agreement to advance digital health innovation through educational programs for AHIP members.
“The emerging digital health sector needs a catalyst to bring together transformation champions who are prepared to drive organization and market demand – so DHX will bring together a select group of healthcare industry operating executives, academic leaders and entrepreneurs to participate in an interactive crowd based ideation exchange regarding lessons and strategies to validate and advance the adoption of digital health solutions,” said David Vinson.
On June 11, DHX will be conducting the first ever Digital Health Xperience Showcase at the AHIP Institute Plus 2014 conference in Seattle, Washington. The DHX Showcase, will provide a unique and signature opportunity to over 100 special invitees from the healthcare industry to join in the interactive discussion and contribute to the dialog with digital health thought leaders from Cigna, Qualcomm Life, Walgreens, Premera Blue Cross and University of Michigan, who will share their perspectives from the viewpoint of consumers, providers, the retail community and academia. The DHX Showcase will serve as a launch pad for an upcoming series of sponsored mini symposia and conferences accelerating digital health innovation.
